The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany concerning Transportation of Military Cargo and Personnel through the Territory of Ukraine"

The Agreement between the governments of Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Germany concerning transportation of military cargo and personnel through the territory of Ukraine was signed on 12 July 2006 in Berlin. It defines framework conditions, general procedure and organization of transit conveyance of military cargo and personnel of the German Party by railway and air transport through the territory of Ukraine.

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0089.
